Terms
These beta terms apply when you use Booth. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Beta Service
Booth is an early product. Features may change, break, return incomplete matches, or be removed. Source lookup results are metadata suggestions, not guarantees that a track is available, official, licensed, downloadable, or right for your use.
Accounts and Age
You are responsible for your Booth workspace and for keeping access to your email and connected services secure. Booth is not intended for children under 13.
Third-Party Services
SoundCloud, Supabase, Resend, source providers, and hosting services are separate services with their own terms and privacy policies. You authorize Booth to use the permissions you grant only for Booth source-prep workflows.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Booth to infringe copyrights or other rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass service limits, scrape at abusive rates, attack Booth, or access another person's workspace.
- Do not rely on Booth as legal clearance, rights management, or a promise that a track can be used in a set, stream, upload, or commercial project.
Ownership
You keep any rights you have in your data. Booth owns the app, interface, source-prep logic, and Booth-created metadata structures. Music services, artists, labels, and stores keep their own rights in their content, trademarks, and metadata.
Disclaimers and Limits
Booth is provided as-is during beta. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Booth disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, lost profit, lost data, platform account, or rights-clearance damages.
